If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send account and service-related text messages, including booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates. Your number is shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have requested or consented to.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
